Set Up or Pick Up
Our Team will either setup your audio guest book at your event or you can pick up your order
1-4 days in advance.
Listen to your Messages!
We will send you a download link to listen to your audio messages!

What event should I book hotline ring for?You can book Hotline Ring for all your major milestones: Weddings, engagement parties, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, retirement parties, and anything else you can think of!

What are your booking options?Option #1 - Setup Our HLR Team will arrive prior to your event to set up your Audio Guestbook table with decor and signage. Option #2 - Pickup You can pick up your order at our Mississauga location 1-3 days prior to your event. We will provide simple set up instructions, and even a signage/frame for you to place beside your audio guestbook that instructs your guests on how to leave messages. You can then drop off the phone 1-2 days after your event.

Where are you located?Our home base and pick up location is in Mississauga. We have catered to weddings all across the GTA. We travel to many locations and can also offer our pick up package for events that may be outside of the GTA or our travel zone.

How much do you charge?We work with you to build a package that fits your needs. Once you complete our Contact and Booking Form with your event details, we will provide you with a quote.

Do your phones require a wall outlet for power?Our rotary phones are wireless and battery powered. Your Audio Guestbook can be set up anywhere at your venue, even on a boat, or on top of a mountain!

How long can a message be, is there a time limit?There is no time limit for recording messages. Your guests will be able to record their voice messages for the entire duration of your event (up to 8.5 hours).

When and how will I receive my messages?Your messages will be delivered 48 hours after your event. We deliver your messages in a custom, aesthetic video format (.mp4) via a download link that you can easily share with your family and friends.
